At Joy Pickles, your satisfaction is very important to us. We always try to provide the best quality homemade pickles. However, since our products are food items, we follow a limited refund and return policy to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

1. Returns

  • As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed if:

    • You have received the wrong product.

    • The product is damaged or spoiled during transit.

  • In such cases, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled as we start preparing and packing immediately to ensure freshness.

4. Exchange

  • Exchanges are not applicable due to the nature of food products.
