Joy Pickles is committed to fulfilling your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for any reason, you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the order amount excluding shipping and handling fees.

Please note, product exchanges are not accepted. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.

Kindly ensure you provide your complete street address, including PIN code and nearest landmark, to avoid delivery issues. We use various reputed shipping carriers based on the shipment type and delivery location.


Order Processing

Orders placed on or before 12:00 PM (IST) will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (IST) will be shipped within 4 business days, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays recognized by Joy Pickles Foods and Beverages will be shipped within 4 business days.

In rare cases (e.g., bad weather, operational delays, or order spikes), processing times may be delayed.


Shipping Method & Delivery Times

Please note, proof of signature may not be available for every delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the package. If unavailable, the courier may leave the package at the delivery address at their discretion.

Delivery Timeline: Products are typically delivered within a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.


Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are valid until deactivated by Joy Pickles. Only one coupon code may be used per customer and is valid for customers within India only. Discounts do not apply to shipping, handling, or tax. Joy Pickles reserves the right to modify or cancel offers at any time.


Free Shipping Offer

Shipping fees apply to all orders of any value delivered anywhere in India. However, for a limited time, a discount (up to 100%) on shipping may be offered. This offer will be visibly mentioned on the product, offers, or checkout page.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied after discounts (if any) and before taxes and handling charges. This offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit. If a product is returned, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.


Shipping Cost

Domestic shipping charges are Rs. 30 per 500 grams of packaged product. Any special handling costs (if applicable) will be clearly reflected during checkout.
